How can i sure this L830 battery is the correct one i need?

Fortunately it is supposed to be impossible to fully discharge a lithium ion battery, the battery management circuits typically cut you off to keep them above 3 volts per cell which is the danger zone. This is why a phone with a depleted battery can still power up and show a low battery icon, it's a safety net to avoid anyone blowing up their batteries, you get to see the 0% to 100% of the usable charge range of the batteries.

Coincidentally, ideal usage of lithium ion batteries isn't that different from normal laptop and phone usage, like I said the more time it spends in the 60% to 80% range the better as that's near the ideal charge voltage of this battery type and unless the user is like me they usually don't spend a ton of time fully charged unless they plug in over night.
